Q: I tried to place an order on your website but it wouldn't add the item to the cart. How can I place my order if the cart doesn't work?
Q: I tried to make my payment in your PayPal shopping cart but there was an error and the order was not completed. What do I do now?
A: All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Once you submit your order, you are transferred to PayPal's secure sever where the payment transaction takes place. PayPal automatically notifies you by email when the transaction is completed and you also receive an email notification from TYPHOON OPTICS confirming receipt of your order.
A: If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service immediately by email. Online orders must be returned (at customer's expense) within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Typhoon Optics will refund you for the full amount of the product within 5 days of our receipt of your package, provided that the item is returned unused and undamaged.
A: Typhoon Optics provides speedy and punctual service by committing ourselves to providing US Postal or FedEx shipping to our customers for reliability & convenience. All orders are sent out the following business day (after orders are received) via US Postal or FedEx. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 4-5 business days after receipt of your order.

We can send you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay on the PayPal web site. If you want to order offline you can download our credit card form and fax us the order along with your payment information.
